All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) approved by an authorized Millers True Value representative. (Please email us for an RMA number RMA’s received without this authorization will not be accepted.) RMA’s are effective for 30 days only. All returns must be returned to Millers True Value or an authorized warehouse assigned to the item(s). All returns with the approved RMA must be shipped by the customer (you) prepaid to the products assigned origin (Our US shipping warehouse). Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to (you) the customer.
- All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
- All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 50% remanufacturing fee.
- Any defective product can be returned to Millers True Value within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
- On defective (non exchanged products) upon receipt (our warehouse receiving and matching it to an authorized RMA), we will credit your Credit Card (or whatever payment method you used at purchase time) the full amount minus any original shipping charges.
- Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return.
- Color and/or B&W copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible for return once the cartridge has been opened and/or installed.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.
- RMA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.
- Certain items are not eligible for return to Millers True Value and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer. These items are marked with this icon:
- If order is refused for any reason, Millers True Value will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
- Allow two weeks for return processing.
- No Cash Refunds will be allowed.
- Credit only will be issued for the amount paid minus any restocking fees (if they apply) and shipping charges are not credited in any circumstances.
